I’m Dr. Brennan Ochoa, a board-certified physician in internal medicine and infectious diseases. I focus on medical-legal consulting, mainly in personal injury and workers’ comp cases. My job is to bring real clinical insight to legal matters, helping attorneys understand the medicine, build stronger arguments, and get better results for their clients.
My work happens pre-litigation: I review records, write clear and defensible medical summaries, rebut IMEs, project future care and costs, and answer targeted medical questions. I’m known for breaking down complex issues into plain English and backing it all up with solid evidence and reasoning.
Attorneys rely on me for fast turnarounds, reliability, and attention to detail. Whether it’s sorting out causation, standard of care, or complications after a traumatic injury, I keep the focus on what matters most in the case.
